Every element has been carefully considered: from the high-density orthopedic memory foam base to the hand-selected bouclé upholstery and custom dimensions, which are significantly larger than most beds of similar shape.

Our Lounger measurements are unique and have been developed to provide ample space for every breed to stretch out comfortably.

The Large Lounger is especially spacious, ideal for large breeds or even multiple dogs to share, making it an exclusive design in Australia.

The pricing reflects not only the premium materials and generous size but also years of design refinement and testing to achieve the perfect balance of luxury and practicality.

While many standard beds require replacement every year, The Lounger is made to last, simply refresh it with a new cover when desired, and enjoy its comfort for many years to come.

Our Loungers are vacuum-sealed and tightly compressed to minimise space during shipping and storage. Once the packaging is opened, the product expands and can no longer be re-compressed or resold as new. For this reason, returns are only accepted in case of a verified manufacturing defect or damage that occurred prior to delivery.

Every Dog Elegance Lounger includes a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This excludes damage from misuse, chewing, scratching, or moisture exposure.

Our Lounger is crafted with premium bouclé fabric and high-density orthopedic memory foam designed for lasting comfort. To maintain its luxurious look and feel, we recommend the following care guidelines:

Regular maintenance

• Gently vacuum or shake out the Lounger every few days to remove dust and pet hair.

• Rotate the bed occasionally to maintain even wear and preserve the foam’s shape.

Whashing the Outer Cover

• The outer bouclé cover is removable and machine washable.

• Use a gentle cycle at 30°C with mild detergent and low spin speed.

• Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron. Instead, lay flat in a shaded area to air dry naturally and protect the texture of the fabric.

Cleaning the Inner Waterproof Liner

• The inner liner protects the memory foam from moisture and small accidents.

• It is not machine washable but can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.

• Ensure the liner is completely dry before reassembling the bed.

Foam Care

• The memory foam should not be washed or submerged in water.

• If needed, air it out in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to refresh it.

Long-Term Care

• To maintain the luxurious appearance, we recommend purchasing an extra cover for easy rotation during washes.

• With proper care, your Lounger will remain soft, supportive, and beautiful for years to come, a timeless comfort piece for your beloved companion.

Yes. Each size has been carefully designed to provide generous space for your dog to both curl up and stretch out comfortably. Our Loungers are up to 50% larger than standard beds, ensuring ample room for every breed, from petite pups to giant companions. The lower bolster height gives a pillow-like feel while also allowing easy access for older dogs or those with limited mobility.

Yes. The orthopedic memory foam base offers optimal joint support, while the low entry bolster ensures easy access for older or larger breeds. It provides the perfect balance between firm support and plush comfort.

Carefully cut open the vacuum packaging using scissors, avoid sharp blades that could damage the fabric. Once opened, place the bed in a warm, dry room and allow it to breathe. The foam will begin expanding immediately but may take up to two weeks to fully regain its shape.

Because the Loungers are vacuum-packed, the foam may take time to regain its full shape, especially if it has been stored in compression for a longer period. This is completely normal and not a defect.

Usually, the bolster will naturally expand within 7–14 days.

If you wish to speed up the process, remove the inner cushions from both the outer cover and the waterproof liner. Gently fluff or shake the bolster to help air flow through the foam.

(It’s similar to unpacking a feather quilt after months in storage, it needs a bit of air and movement to return to its original fullness.)

It can occasionally happen that a dog doesn’t take to their new Lounger straight away. Just like us, dogs can have preferences when it comes to comfort, texture, or even scent.

If your dog previously had a different style or softness of bed, the new firmness or shape may feel unfamiliar at first. In other cases, the natural scent from production or packaging may be new to them, or the chosen location in the home may not feel quite right yet.

To help your dog adjust:

• Try washing the cover once with your usual fabric softener (especially if your dog already has blankets or clothing washed with it).

• Place one of your dog’s favourite blankets, toys, or your worn T-shirt in the bed to make it smell familiar and comforting.

• If the old bed is still nearby, your dog may keep choosing it out of habit, try removing the old bed and placing the new Lounger in the same spot they’re used to sleeping in.

• Give them time, most dogs start using the Lounger once it feels (and smells) like part of their home.

Yes. Spare covers are available for all Lounger sizes, allowing you to alternate between the Lumière Bouclé and Mocha Bouclé tones or simply keep a fresh one on hand.

You can also choose to purchase The Lounger Bundle, which includes the Lounger and an additional cover at a combined value, perfect for effortless rotation during washing or seasonal styling.

The waterproof inner liner protects the memory foam from moisture and small accidents, helping maintain cleanliness and extend the life of the bed. It can be easily wiped clean and ensures the foam remains hygienic and fresh over time, while preserving the elegant shape and comfort of your Lounger.

Removing the inner liner is possible but not recommended, as it protects the foam from potential stains or liquids that could shorten its lifespan. While removing it may reduce the soft rustling sound when your dog moves, keeping it in place offers better long-term protection and durability.

Please note that damage resulting from the removal of the inner liner or exposure of the foam to moisture or stains is not covered under warranty.

The Lounger is designed for indoor use. It may be placed on a covered terrace occasionally, but it should not be exposed to direct sunlight, rain, or moisture to protect the fabric and foam.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Leather Accessories To keep your leather collar, lead, or pouch looking its best:

• Avoid water exposure, especially saltwater. If wet, gently pat dry with a soft cloth.

• Clean off dirt or stains promptly to prevent discolouration.

• Prevent your dog from chewing on the leather.

• Use a leather conditioner every 3–6 months to keep the leather soft and protected.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Clean with leather-safe products only; avoid harsh chemicals.

Loungers & Covers

• The boucle cover is removable and machine washable (gentle cycle, cold water, air dry recommended).

• Do not bleach or tumble dry.

• Spot-clean memory foam insert with a damp cloth only — do not submerge in water.

• Keep bed away from sharp objects and excessive moisture.

All accessory sets arrive in a complimentary gift box and include free shipping. Individual items may incur a shipping fee if the total order value is under $250. Individual pieces do not include a gift box, though a gift box can be purchased separately.

All of our accessory sets arrive in our signature luxury box with satin lining, thoughtfully designed to be gift-ready. For this reason, additional gift wrapping is not necessary and is not offered at this time.
