Our collars and leads are not suitable for dogs who aggressively chew or pull. They are crafted for elegant daily wear, not for rugged conditions.

Any hardware failure due to wear, improper use, or water damage is not covered under warranty.
Please check your accessories regularly for signs of wear and discontinue use if any damage is found.
PRODUCT WARRANTY & DEFECTS
At Dog Elegance, we take great care in ensuring the quality and presentation of every product we deliver.
Each piece is designed in Australia and crafted by our trusted manufacturing partners to meet our high standards.
While we strive for perfection, occasional manufacturing faults may occur — these are rare and typically the result of production inconsistencies beyond our control.
In such cases, we are committed to resolving the matter promptly and fairly.
Warranty Coverage
All Dog Elegance products are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies strictly to genuine manufacturing defects, such as:

Faulty stitching or seams

Damaged zippers or closures upon arrival

Structural or foam irregularities not caused by use or wear
For loungers, any visible issue — such as a torn seam, broken zipper, or damage upon opening — must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
This allows us to determine whether the issue is manufacturing-related and to handle your claim efficiently.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (fading, marks, scuffs, creasing)

Natural ageing or discolouration of metal hardware over time

Damage caused by chewing, pulling, or misuse

Improper cleaning, washing, or storage

Products reported after the 12-month warranty period

Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Please note: leather is a natural material — subtle variations in texture, grain, or colour are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
To maintain the condition and appearance of your product, please refer to the Care Instructions provided. Proper care will help preserve the quality and longevity of your hardware and materials.
Beds & Covers
Our luxury loungers are vacuum-sealed for hygiene and efficient transport. Upon opening, please allow up to 14 days for the memory foam and bolsters to fully expand to their intended shape.
Minor flattening or uneven areas are normal during this period and are not considered defects.
Loungers that have been opened, expanded, or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to strict hygiene and packaging standards.
Only loungers with a genuine manufacturing defect — such as a torn seam, broken zipper, or damaged foam insert (not caused by compression) — are eligible for review under the warranty.
If such an issue occurs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the fault. If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Covers may be returned or exchanged if unused, unwashed, and in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Change of Mind
Collars, leads, and pouches may be returned or exchanged if unused, in original packaging, and reported within 14 days of delivery.

Loungers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for a confirmed defect.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
